Assuming we count the Jets and Giants as NY teams....I take the over. All you need is one of the 3 to have a decent season and you likely go over. I can see the Giants or Jets winning 7 games and other two winning 5 to get over the mark. The big issue IMO is Buffalo. I could see them going 3-13.

Not at all what I'm saying just pointing out the time frame he wants to use shows the team he says sucks has a better record than his. I don't discount history. I recognize the Yankees multiple WS wins are by far more than any other team.
