wonder woman is supposed to have tits and ass

I don't care. While of course I want a hot wonder woman, I'm more concerned with them casting characters that basically look the part, but also can pull off the script.

Gadot is fine looking woman and her look in this picture is

But ok, let's hear it. Who would you of rather had cast as WW?

Jaimie Alexander

I don't care if she played Sif or not, she fits the role. It doesn't matter, DC will find a way to screw the movie up. They always do.

***ATTENTION Detroit Area Residents*** Specifically, people with an Alternative or Punk look.

Movie Extras are needed for the Batman/Superman/Wonder Woman film currently under production by Warner Brothers in the Detroit area.

Following is a copy/paste of an email I received from the casting company Saturday July 26:

We are looking for extras that have an alternative or punk look.

They would need to be available for filming on July 28, 29, and 30 for our current WB project. Extras are paid $8 an hour and overtime after 8 hours, guaranteed 8 hours, with a catered meal.

Must be a US citizen or legally able to work in the US.

Filming days can last up to 14 hours. Report times can be very very early in the morning.

If you know someone, maybe a son or daughter or friends with kids who meet this description, please direct them to our website:
Real Style | Michigan Talent Agency
Look for talent sign up on the top of the home page. There is no fee to be considered for our current project.

Once registered, email us at

5 years ago, I would have said Morena Baccarin. She was one that Joss Wedon was thinking about back when he was attached to a Wonder Woman movie, actually.

Jamie Alexander would've been perfect now, though.

Jamie Alexander was my preferred choice too. I thought her body and figure fit more of the look that I would have wanted, but maybe DC has a different vision or sees something different in Gal Gadot.

After seeing the official picture though I'm fine with Gal Gadot. I like that they're toning down the cheesy comic book colors for this first one (which probably implies a darker tone) and possibly saving the new suit for The Justice League

Lastly, the deadpool test footage leaked online early this morning. I was able to catch it before it got taken off. I'd say I like the potential, but it was borderline Green Lantern corny. Granted it was only a test footage, but we'll see if any major studio picks it up

But Deadpool is supposed to be corny, Green Lantern is not. The Deadpool short was cool, but to be authentic there needs to be a lot more swearing and gore.

I just don't think Marvel is ready to put out an R rated comic book movie, which means I don't think they can make a Deapool movie and satisfy the core fans. :noidea:

I don't know how to post a poll but this topic was brought up in another thread.

Personally, I never gave a shit about super hero's other than Superman as a kid because of Underoos and the 1978 movie, not the comics. It just isn't my cup of tea now that I am an adult. I sure don't love Superhero's so I guess I would have to vote "Hate." I especially hate Batman and Ironman. It is ok if hot women like them if they dress up in the slutty versions but that is where it ends.

Comic books were one of my interests as a kid so to have the movies now is pretty cool. I always thought as a kid that the few super hero movies that existed at the time were absolute shit. So for them to get a big budget treatment like they've been getting is welcomed. Also, its (mostly) stuff I can share with my kids. Both my kids are psyched for the TMNT reboot.

I wish a new Blade movie was in the works. Same with Spawn. Both would be great dark films too.

If a Deadpool movie eventually gets made, I hope that they make it from the leaked script that was leaked a couple or so years ago. My question is, is if it does get made, would Marvel have first rights to it or does FOX still have the rights to the character since he appeared in the X-Men Origins movie? :confused2:

According to Deadline.com, Sony plans to release a female superhero movie in 2017, a spin-off from its "Amazing Spider-Man" universe.

Black Cat, Spider-Woman and Silver Sable are listed among the possibilities to play the film's lead character, though Deadline.com had no confirmation for which character would get the standalone showcase.

For what it's worth, Felicity Jones played Felicia Hardy, aka Black Cat, in "The Amazing Spider-Man 2," though her part was mostly relegated to the sidelines.

Well, as a consolation prize, she'll be the female lead in the Deadpool movie coming out next year and can currently be seen on Gotham.

Avengers: Age of Ultron trailer 3 released. You get a bit of Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch doing their thing.
