king of cake
kd lifts the mvp again and them moves on....
but somewhere without lebron? i think he will want to prove himself as the centerpiece wherever he goes.....He plays elsewhere next year, likely the Knicks or groups together with some other FAs in Brooklyn.
could have been legendary........It was a great run
Lebron beats GS in the playoffs then KD joins the Lakers.

He could potentially have a pretty easy path to the finals most years if he joined Beal and Wall in Washington.
unless things drastically change in Washington I cant see it. That team seems to hate eachother. Wall is hurt a lot. Beale is overpaid. And they think the solution is to bring in Howard- the biggest destroyer of team chemistry perhaps in the league? lol......I like how you think,
But it ain't happening.
Hopefully Wall and Beal can wake up and realize if they actually play up to their potential this year, they might open this up as a slight possibility.
There would still be major salary cap hurdles to negotiate too.

Durant would fit Wall into that #2 role which is probably his destiny if he ever wants to win anything- but i dont know. Id think Durant would rather play KYrie on perhaps the Nets or Knicks before teaming up with Wall.
I think it's entirely possible that Durant leaves, but I think if he does, it'll be to a team that he can help build around himself. I could see Brooklyn as a great destination or maybe even the Knicks if they're able to clear significant cap space.
He would be a retard to leave the Warriors and go to another team in the west
yah-- i can see him going East and starting something with another stud or two.I think it's entirely possible that Durant leaves, but I think if he does, it'll be to a team that he can help build around himself. Why?
Him leaving the Warriors immediately weakens them severely while strengthening whoever he signs with.
The Lakers are defintely a team he would put over the top if he went there. The West is is still really good, but a lot less scary with KD off the Warriors.
Signing in the East with a second tier team would be the bad move.
What gets neglected in the East/West FA convos is that getting to the Finals is great and all, but you need to be good enough to actually win when you get there.
I think he'll stay with the Warriors for another couple seasons and then move on.
