Yeah, with all of his knee problems there was always speculation about Utley moving to first base eventually. Except I think he might be too intense to play first. First basemen are supposed to be big, friendly guys that talk to the opposing players when they get on base. Utley would probably be trying to get them with the hidden ball trick or something.Even Joe DiMaggio...surprised the Bosox never put Ted there.
