Colt McCoy had something JFF will never have: class. Colt may have looked bad because of the injury against Bama and the way his Daddy and agent mothered him but nobody who understands the game of football can be less than impressed with the way Colt McCoy led his teams. Actually I think Colt McCoy flourished in spite of his head coach, his offensive line and his OC......which makes the case for him being one hell of a quarterback even stronger. I'm glad he's gone because if OU's current team was playing him it would be brutal to watch.

And it really isn't close. Those that disagree are just hype sychophants or blind Aggies.

Hmmm, thought you t-sips didn't care about A&M any more.

Now you want to go back 3-7 years ago compair t.u.s QB to Manziel. How desperate are y'all?

How is Colt better than Manziel when he had a losing record to Stephen McGee?

Some other things to consider:
Colt career college rushing yards (4 years) - 1589
Manziel 2012 rushing yards - 1410

Colts highest singal season passing yards - 3859
Manziel passing yards from 1 year - 3706

Your right it isn't even close.

PS. Manziel started, finished, & beat Bama. Colt only managed to start.

I am starting to think Manziel will leave College Station with exactly one ranked win in the SEC.

If he loses to LSU and Missouri, he will finish 1-6 versus ranked SEC teams.

But, he will be very solidly 7-0 versus Sam Houston State, LA Tech, Rice, South Carolina State, and UTEP.

He is the big game winner versus the big time teams after all.

Colt McCoy finished a season with the highest completion rate of ALL TIME;
Colt McCoy finished his career as the winningest quarterback of ALL TIME.

johnnyhollywood beat Alabama 1 year, and has acted like a jackass ever since.

Yes, I will admit, the kid is a great (not good but great) talent. However, to compare him to Colt is absurd.

Truly absurd. That I have to bring it up to throw it in the faces of these uppity Farmers makes me look stupid for even bringing it up. Stupid me.

Although the Manziel has huge numbers, He would be in third place behind Bucky Richardson and Kevin Murry as far as Aggie QB's are concerned.

Future Aggie QB Kenny Hill could be as good and Kyle Allen could be much better. :cool2:

I think both suck and only look good because of their offensive style. Same goes for every other spread QB that is looking at 4 or 5 wide every play.
