Extra notable to me because I know four people caught up in it. A couple that used to live across the street from us in Maryland who now live in Cincy were eating at the Five Guys where the shooting happened and had just left. They heard the commotion and shots as they were walking back to their car.

That's exactly it, I like how he was boasting about posting that $91 million bond in the E. Jean Carroll case, but he didn't actually post it. It was the CHUBB insurance company that posted it on his behalf. Now you can argue that how things are usually done, but if the appeal isn't successful (narrator: it won't be successful), then Trump will have to reimburse CHUBB. We all know what's going to happen, he's going to stiff them like he stiffs everyone who enters into an arrangement with him.

It says in the article below that the bond is fully collateralized and that is likely the case...The sticky point will be getting Trump to sell the real estate holding listed in the bond.
