Yah the difference is Kingsbury is one of the worst coaches in the league and Mahomes went to one of the best offensive coaches in NFL history (Mahomes just like Williams regressed once KK took over).. Williams is going to fail massively whether he goes to Washington, Chicago, or New England..

Wow, the narrative was always KK was able to make Mahomes a high first rounder out of a school like Texas Tech.

Another narrative was Johnny Football was born under KK. I admit, I don't watch a ton of college football, but I definitely keep up with it. Interesting

Don't do it, Chicago!

He easily had the worst amount of talent-not an excuse. By those stats you are suggesting, Penix or Nix is going to be the better pro, which is insane and both will be 28 years old by the end of their first contract.

I remember a lot of guys saying since Stroud went to Ohio St he would be like the "rest" of the average Ohio St QB's in the NFL. Instead of looking at his skillset, they look at the college, production, etc. Things that don't really matter in the grand scheme of things.

Caleb Williams does not have the same skill set as Carson Palmer.

I am not saying Caleb is going to be generational like some believe but using these stats or this comparison is pretty worthless. If Caleb fails it will be a combination of lack of mechanics, lack of mental toughness, lack of development and support system. Which is certainly possible considering he is going to Chicago.

I'm worried about his mental toughness. Crying is not a huge deal after a tough loss but he's giving diva entitlement vibes. Can he motivate a team that is struggling to make the postseason with the media poking and prodding at him?
