He is no doubt a good coach, but so was Peter Laviolette. I think in the NHL a coach's shelf life comes to an end no matter how good they are.

I know, it's our MO right? But seriously, I don't think teams intentionally tank, but if you look at how the Pens have played since the Olympics, I doubt if we make the playoffs next season.
