Tigers split. Funny. Lot of so called experts said tigers would be in last place. Talking out there ass.....like always.

I think a lot of those so called experts can still see the Tigers finding their way to last place. Often teams with poor pitching staffs find their way to the bottom.

Tigers pitching will not hold up, year long. Hell, they scored 13 runs in Game 1 yesterday, and still had to bring in their closer for a save. That's sad.

But for that matter, I don't think KC's pitching will hold up either. It will be a battle for the basement. Not sure what to make of the White Sox. I thought their pitching would be better, but they sit at the bottom of the AL with a 5.74 ERA. I know Rodon is injured, but still.

Let's all say how great the Indians are. How much of a cake walk it will be for them. Then when they choke ..look the other way. Or in this posters case. Lick Indian nut sack to sooth it

The Indians aren't playing very good baseball thus far, yet they're still leading the division by the 2nd largest margin in baseball. Seems pretty cake walky so far.

are the Indians great? No.

They've been great the last two seasons and without a major amount of personnel changes, it's damn impressive for you to definitively tell that they're no longer great less than a month into the season!

Along those lines, I wonder how many times the Dodgers have scored six runs in a Kershaw start and lost. Can't be too many.

It was against the Marlins, too. Ouch.

"Not in last place on 4/26."

All you need to know about the "second place" Detroit Tigers:

They've played 10 games against teams with a winning record (Indians, Yankees, Pirates). And they are 1-9 in those games.

They've lost 3 games to the KC Royals, who have won only 5 games all year.

Six of the Tigers' 10 wins have come against the Orioles and White Sox, who are a combined 11-34 this season.

I wish there was a useful rating outside of the PF.

Still howie..it could be worse. We could live in a desert and be stuck with a team like the D Backs..or Rangers. Loser teams ... or. We could have a team every body picks to win it..in a cake walk...then...flops since WWII....

Ever heard of an opinion? If you'd take the chip off your shoulder, you would see that I suggested that the Indians would not be as good as their last season (or two?)...but good enough to win the division. But if I hurt your feelings....

Doug, can I amend my remarks? "The 2018 Indians still have a chance to be GREAT!". (I don't want to upset the Old Guard)

I guess if I said that I "crunched the numbers" and then said the Tribe was not going to be quite as good....that would be acceptable? LOL

Wow....Umps give Tigers a big break on"out of base line call" against Pirates.

LOL....Tiger announcers say "by rule" runner was out because of established baseline and 3 foot rule, and the prevailing northwesterly winds. :)
