He will go through waivers but he can approve who he goes to. I thought BoSox was a good fit IMO with Devers injury

Devers frankly isn’t a good fit right now for a winner. He’s a 700 ops 3b with sub par defense.

I was not that impressed but he had one big HR before injury and it seems team thinks highly of him. Beltre is playing real good defense right now but bat has been below par but FWIW I would rather have Beltre in playoffs. he rises to the occasion

Meaningless? I think not. Helps build confidence in the team especially the youngsters. Has given Odor and Gallo reason to work hard and improve which they have. Provides insight to FO Managers and scouts. No!! Not meaningless
