I'd be interested to see how Gallardo closes the year out. If he's solid, I look into bringing him back on a 1-year deal. Colon, thanks for the help but it's time to go. Same with Barnette.

As for El Capitan, I'm going to be extremely selfish and say that I hope the choice of playing next year or not is settled before this season is over. Because I want the fans to have an opportunity to say goodbye. And I think a "farewell tour" is completely deserved for a player of Beltre's caliber.

I can agree with all that and if we are short on starters I am okay with signing Fister for a low price as well which I think Scotsman mentioned.
