One of the worst transaction/picks any Lions GM has ever made.

Holmes traded away a 4th & 5th in order to draft a 7th round prospect in the 3rd round.

Even Millen has nothing on that lunacy.

If only the Lions had kept trading back, they could have got all those players in the 7th round.

yeah, but if the cost of getting a kicker was 3rd rounder than hell no. That would have been the Lions biggest reach in the draft, which is a pretty competitive category.

I'd put the drafting of Dizon in the second round was possibly worse. ESPN didn't evenhave anything to put on screen for him, he was projected to go in the 5th at best.

I remember watching that draft and watching the highlights for Dizon was a huge red flag. My man was turrible.

Tavai has to be the 2nd round worst pick ever for me. My 3 year old had never heard the F word until that moment.

-Noah Sewell still here right now. Would be a hell of a ST guy who still has starter potential.
-Andre Carter from Army is another guy i love. While everyone else was in specialized football environments and going to school for physical education or something stupid, Carter was a full on soldier. Army guys don't get that special treatment just because they play football. Give him a redshirt year as a pro to transform his body into a football player and you might really have something special. Regardless I'm not sure you find a better locker room guy.
