Man December is LOADED! That 7 day stretch in which we play 3 games including the Zags, Utah Valley, and Michigis gonna be tough. I'm freakn excited for this season.

If Brash is fully healthy from the get-go we're going undefeated in the nonconference for a 3rd straight season. Question is, barring injury, will we have a chance at an undefeated regular season with how bad the Pac will be? I never thought I'd be thinking in these terms but with what I saw last year I no longer think it is an impossibility, in fact I think if we get lucky with health there's a 10-15% chance it happens. MAN OH MAN I can't wait for next year

So over the last month or so I've been hearing rumors that Dorsey wants to decommit and now Scout is reporting that he's made it official. Anyone know more about this? Hoping its wrong info.

Not really worried about it. I get that people really want to be knee-deep in recruiting, but personally, I start with the team we have when they register for classes. These guys are only kids, and it always seems more like high school drama than it actually does college recruiting. I honestly feel bad for Miller that this is an anticipated and normalized part of his job.

I trust that Miller and the rest of the coaches know what they are doing, and will have the best team they can get, year in and year out. I'm looking forward to Stanley Johnson, Ristic, Allen, PJC, and Craig Victor coming in with the guys coming back. I'll worry about 2015 after the players from this season's team leave, and I can blend that in with the kids who (by that time) have fully committed. I feel the same way, for the most part, about who is going to declare and who is going to stay. I'll wait to see what everything looks like when the dust has settled. Otherwise, it's just too much speculation.

I wonder if this is a coincidence with him just being cut from U18 team USA and Miller being on the staff. Kind of bummed although he was dropping in the recruiting ranks.

So help me understand something. If sounds like Dorsey wants to play pg was but recruited as a shooting guard for us? If so, is PJC that much better than he? I've only seen videos on both of them and to me it seems as if Dorsey has better handles. Sounds like Dorsey wanted either a guaranteed pg spot or didn't want to complete with others, right?

Damn guys, I'm starting to put this together, and this season's team is going to be ridiculous.

Our starting SF,PF, and C will all have 7'0" wingspans or longer. The other two starters will be the #7 player in the country, and one of the most efficient PGs in the country.

And then, between Gabe York, Elliott Pitts, PJC, Kadeem Allen, Matt Korchek, Craig Victor, and Ristic, there will be a tryout for the last 4-5 spots of a very deep rotation. The other 2-3 are going to sit. That is insane that 2-3 guys from the #7 class in the country will probably not average 3 mpg next season. I can't wrap my mind around it. We will be tall, quick, deep, and should be much better on offense, and slightly worse on defense. We will be rotating out and mixing guys that really don't drop off much from starter to bench (at least on the offensive end). And even if (knock on wood) someone gets hurt, we will have more guys to add to the back end of the rotation (unlike last year).

I don't want to put the cart before the horse before any of us have seen them play, but we should probably be as excited for this year as last year, if not more!

Stanimal is going to be an absolute stud. Could be a POY candidate on most teams, but since we have so many weapons he won't be getting enough looks for it to happen.

Sporting news has TJ, Stanley, RHJ, and Zues as top ten players in their position with RHJ being the #1 SF in the country. I don't think they made their PF list yet.

Basically we have the best starting 5 in the nation.
