No one would ever deny Simpson is a hell of an athlete who occasionally makes the incredible play.....consistency, now, that's another thing altogether......

Jerome Simpson is a dickhead. Our team is in a very sad state if you're going to lose sleep over him.

Easy to catch balls when the defense can't really play.

As somoeone else has already said...no on denies is "talent". He's going to make some great plays.

However, his consistency is lacking, and that is needed for this team.

he had his chance and it went up in the air like smoke... he is going to fall again, I hope it doesn't happen... but to have stuff delivered, he has a problem, and needs counseling, he just won't quit.... he will fall down again.

I wish him well, but he is somebody else's problem now, we don't need this on our team

Any move that reduces the team knucklehead quotient can only be construed as a positive..........

Mr predcition??? He will put up a 1000 yards in Minn....but I wont miss him...We have to keep building better character with this team...I think he has learned a great lesson and WILL GROW from it....The inconsistencies will be there but I GUARANTEE his focus has improved since this situation....Again I dont miss him I think what we have is way better for the long term....I wish him the best and hope he does well.....

I don't know..... He'll be asked to do a lot for an offense that might really struggle. They have an all pro running back that is coming off an ACL (probably shouldn't expect him to be back to 100% in his first year back), they have a young quarterback that struggled at times in his first action, a rookie LT and a lot of question marks (due to health and inconsistency) at receiver. They also have an overmatched head coach that will be fired within the next year or two.

Christian Ponder is a good QB, however, in the NFL, he may only be good enough to get lost in the shuffle. Simpson isn't going to get 1000 yards in that offense, he had best learn how to block for AP.

I wouldn't say it because he jumped over a guy, but I would due to the fact that he's better than anyone we currently have at the #2 and he's better than anyone we pursued in the offseason, which was no one.

The cops in Minnesota will supply him with plenty of weed. but his QB isn't going to become Tom Brady over night, so you'll have to wait on 1000 yards.

I agree with this.... We had chances to add a second receiver in FA and we didn't do it.

I think he needed a change of scenery after the incident last season. plus it sets a bad precedent to reward a player who could have cost us games..

i'm not too worried about the #2 WR.

AJ Green is a force of nature. when your #1 is that dominant your other reciever can just be another guy on the roster (Houston, Detroit).
