I always did pretty well in my Fantasy leagues but haven't played in years and I don't miss it.

That said, like you I wanted Seattle to win and annihilate their opponent even if I had a guy starting against them on my team. I never understood the: "I hope my team wins but 'xyz' players goes off for fantasy!" Whenever Seattle played someone on my fantasy team I wanted them to do F all and play the worst game of their career lol.

Lot of games where you have no rooting interest, FF gives you a rooting interest. You always root for your team over FF.
