i think he has checked out
I’m not here to pile on y’all have plenty of your own doing that. I watched most of last nights game until 3 minutes left then it was time for bed. All I will say is y’all did not look close to the team that played Philly close. The upside of the day is Little Danny is not in charge anymore! Anyday Snyder is not in the BLDG is a positive thing for Redskins fans. Y’all have some players and I do think ownership will change out the coaching staff and bring in the coaches they believe in. Hang in Guys it’s a long season and I do feel the pain y’all as fans are going through. My Cowboys got plunked by Arizona! The ship is battered but with enough time in Drydock after the season and a change in who is running the show things will improve. Hang in Redskin faithful dark days might be still ahead for this year but change will be coming soon.
Good luck guys

After sleeping on this horrible game, I see the following:

1. Ron Rivera made a fool of himself in the halftime interview, admitting in front of the whole country that he said nothing and let the players talk about it. Either they are not listening to him or he has nothing to say. Too many times Rivera's teams come out flat and do not play.

2. The "Buffalo Nickel" two linebacker defense is unworkable, especially when Barton is asked to do ANYTHING!

3. Burn the black uniforms, I don't think we have ever won in them.

4. The defensive line is playing on reputation not performance.

5. Forbes is beating himself with his desire for interceptions. He needs coaching on coverage. Last night his size liability showed on a couple of tackles.

6. Tired of hearing that "Howell holds the ball too long." Free runners at him do not give him time to even throw it away. Our offensive line is trash. Bring in the second teams. Six and eleven is starting to look realistic.

7. Games against us have been circled on other team's calendars as "get well" games or wins.

8. We were out coached, out schemed, and out played. Some heads need to roll. Not just coaches, not just players, the whole organization failed and the "no longer new owners" need to take action At the end of the season

9. I compliment Magic Johnson in telling it like he is and hopefully someone on the team got the message.
And mic drop....

It's always darkest before the dawn.

Once Rivera is gone, we will be in the full road to recovery.

Have to be hopeful Duke. New ownership came in 2 late to send everyone packing and had to roll with what they had in place. You don’t become and stay a Billionaire with the current DC product. Smart people bought the team and they have to get the right people in place. Look at the Lions it’s what 3 years in and Dan Campbell‘s efforts are starting to pay off and he started way below what y’all have on the roster. Good luck but just to be safe I would either keep the liquor cabinet stocked full or locked up. :D

Sometimes my discussions with Dean remind me of the ridiculous fight scene between Roddy Pipper and Keith David in "They Live".

After 15 minutes of body slams, knees to the face, suplex, gut punches, and uppercuts, all he wanted was for Frank to put on the glasses and see.

"Just put on the glasses"

Lol...a B movie with hilarious fight scene.

That's all I want for Dean but he fights me on it...lol

Just put on the glasses Dean!
Lol!!!!!

Had to let the emotion wear off.

Harris: My honeymoon period with him is over. Seeing him laughing it up in the box showed zero self awareness and a lack of empathy for what this fanbase has been through.

Magic Johnson: I loved when they flashed to him in the box and you could see that he was literally seething. All the great ones hate losing more than they love winning. Loved his post on Twitter. That was a message to the team, not the fans.

Ron: I don't understand why he cant get this team ready to play on Sundays. From the looks of it, it appears he may have missed on this entire draft.

Part of me knows the late season win streak is coming but part of me wants to can him today and make this season about seeing what we have in EB and Howell.

JDR: I think if Harris were still here he may have already been fired.

Howell: My feelings on him haven't changed one bit. Im still very high on him.

Offensive Line: Gave up sacks to a team that had two coming in. It is a travesty how Ron and Mayhew have approached this unit. It's an all-time bad offensive line. The numbers are showing it. This entire board saw it and called it out in the spring. What did they see that we didn't?

Dyami: You gotta lay out for that ball.

Logan: The fumble was soul crushing but he had a good game. They're a couple of TE's in the draft that I really like. The one from Georgia and another at FSU. Hockenson is a FA as well. If EB gets the job i expect them to upgrade this position.

Sweat and Chase: Not good enough. This fanbase needs to accept that they are not Bosa, T.J. Watt, Myles Garrett, Parsons, Mack, etc.......they are good but they arent those guys. Thing is they are going to ask for the type of money "those guys" are making.

Barton: He's awful. Not only does it appear they missed in the draft but they might have whiffed in FA too with Barton and of course Wylie.

Fuller: Not mad at him for trying to make a play and flip the game on its head. It was a gamble worth taking. Just a tad bit late.

Forbes: He's given up the most yards by a corner in the entire league. I stated two weeks ago that EB mentioned technique and footwork backed up by Ron saying postgame Forbes needs to play like he's coached. Got benched and things calmed down significantly after that.

He doesnt want to tackle ANYONE. I saw him pretend he wanted to tackle Brown on that 1st half score in Philly. I saw him try to arm tackle last night. Saw him get out of the way of the running back last night. Not giving up on him but he may have singlehandedly cost us two games so far.

Quan: Cant get on the field because of Percy. Percy has been horrific. What does that say about Quan?

BSJ: Better on the outside. We have no slot corner right now.

Slye: If he hits that i think we win in overtime.

Fans: I felt so bad for them. They showed up and were ready. Getting out of FedEx is a nightmare. They/We deserved better.

I will be emotionless about this team for a while. It would take them beating the Falcons, Giants and Eagles for me to allow myself to believe in this season.

I'm sick of this shit. Im sick of getting embarrassed in primetime. Sick of these silly ass uniforms. Sick that things have been so bad around here that we have a group of guys that believed they had arrived after two straight losses. Sick of being on the .500 hamster wheel.

Either go win the next three or lose out and grab Caleb.

Can’t believe RR actually said this to Keim… pretty sure Ron knows he’s gone and is ok with it at this point.

We just got blown out by a team that had lost 14 games in a row. He's in year four and hasnt had a winning season since 2017. I have respect for him but that doesnt supersede the love i have for this team. The Bears roster is not 20 points better than our roster.

Again, this is insane. I do not understand or believe it. These are all 1st round draft picks who have been in the league for a while now. Mistakes happen, but they are getting gashed repeatedly it seems.

This isn't a top RB in the NFL with a top OLine either.

I think we will have to be patient with Forbes. He isn't a bust...BUT...I expected more at this point from a tackling perspective.

Are we missing Chris Harris that much? Wasn't he the DB coach for 3 years? He is with the Titans now.

We have the 31st ranked defense right now:

This defense played better with their three headed million dollar a piece DEs.

Forbes made some good tackles earlier in the year, especially behind the line of scrimmage. Most coaches aren't dumb and use that against him last week. This week it was Fuller, St. Juste and Forrest out of position most often. Forbes is young he needs to know when he has the jump on a play and when the best play is rally up and make the tackle.

Emmanuel Forbes - Forbes had another rough game and was benched in the fourth quarter for Danny Johnson. He can’t seem to tackle either! There were two plays in the first half where he missed tackles; once missing two tackles on the same play. GONZO is hurt but he was outplaying stick figure

The Commanders Offense - Eric Bieniemy and the offense sputtered during the evening and were only able to put up 20 points against one of the worst defenses in the league at home. It was inexcusable to come out this flat and perform the way they did (minus a few bright spots). Charles Leno, Saahdiq Charles and Nick Gates had rough evening along the offensive line.
Post after post about Forbes and yet nothing about Fuller, St. Juste and Forrest. Forbes barely played in the 1st half .... what gamess are you watching. The ENTIRE secondary was bad.

I think I read that 3 TDs were on Fuller
