The first day of 45 degrees is shorts weather

I can remember living in Canada my sophomore year of high school when 45 degrees in February was like a fucking heat wave. We went out and made snowmen in t-shirts. Even Alabama isn't far enough South for me now. I'm in Tampa and I put on a jacket to go to Home Depot the other day, it was 62. I also wear flip-flops at least 300 days a year, so being a cold pussy has it's advantages.

Unlikely.

How do you figure? Pac only got ONE other team into the rankings last year, lol. Only got 2 others in the year before, and you don't play an 11 game conf schedule, so there is no guarantee you'll play every Pac team that gets ranked.

UMn played 3 Top 15 ranked teams in conf last year.
UMn plays Wisconsin and Iowa every year, that's almost 2 guarantees for ranked teams each and every year, and NW has had a couple seasons being ranked lately, and we play them every year as well. Nebraska might rise up, the Illini seem poised to improve, Purdue has Brohm now coaching them.

And UMn plays Mich/OSU/PSU six times in the next 6 years. That's another 6 ranked teams they'll play.

That's 18 ranked teams over 6 years, basically guaranteed without even considering Nebraska, Purdue or Illinois, much less UNC or Colorado.

Meanwhile Oregon has to hope Utah doesn't drop down, like they did in 17 & 18, or that Wash jumps back into the Top 25 after missing out last year, and USC has missed the Top 25 last 2 years now, as has Stanford?

Good luck keeping up with UMn on that regard, but I'm sure you will like it because that way your Ducks will be able to skate by beating up on it's fellow Pac creampuffs.

You’re seriously pumping up the Minnesota schedule for playing 3 ranked teams a year? Seriously?

I said 3 FOR SURE, with lots of other teams as possibilities.

And compared to Oregon's conf schedule? PLEASE..

3 times since 2009, there was only ONE TEAM in the Pac outside of Oregon that made the Top 25 rankings, and 4 other times only 2 other teams made the Top 25, and Oregon has to miss 2 teams a year, so no guarantee they'll always play all the other ranked teams in the Pac.

Again, your division isn’t tough. Stop acting like you are going through a gauntlet. Add that with the fact that you DONT play 2 of UM/OSU/PSU in the same season until 2023 along with your pitiful OOC and you aren’t fooling anyone with a tough schedule. Maybe Minnesota should be winnning 11 games a year with that.

Iowa & Wisc every year for next 6 years.

PSU/Mich/OSU are played 6 times total over next 6 years.

That is 18 almost guaranteed to be ranked opponents over the next 6 years. That's 3 a year.

That leaves Nebraska, NW, Illinois and Purdue, along with UNC, Colorado, BYU, MSU, Indiana & Maryland, and who knows, maybe Bowling Green and FAU, that's over 40 more games vs teams that MIGHT end up in the rankings the year(s) the Gophers play them. If just 6 of those 40 end up ranked. That's 4 a year. Not counting the 6 bowl games, that'd probably get it up to 5 a year, ON AVERAGE.

3 teams from the West Division made the Top 15 last year. PSU, whom we played, finished Top 10. Auburn was Top 10 until we beat them.

2018, Fresno St finished Top 20, with only 2 losses on the season, one against UMn.

That was last year Nancy, not this coming year. You get a chance at Michigan this year.

Auburn was a bowl game.

You almost lost to Fresno State.

Please don’t not show up if MinnyU goes 7-5.

Oregon played ONE conf team that was ranked.

ONE.

MSU just hired a guy for over 6 mil a year, if he is a great coach, UMn plays MSU 5 times in the next 6 years, too.

I was here in 2018 when UMn went 7-6. Wasn't I?

Every December since I discovered this place, I've shown up.

MSU just finished the last 2 years at 7-6 with a horrendous offense. You should probably try someone else to pump up.

Iowa's, Wisconsin's, and Nebraska's Recruiting rankings have all steadily improved the last decade, the last 3 years for all 4 teams(incl UMn), was better than the 3 years prior and those 3 years were better than the 3 years prior to those.

So Iowa and Wisconsin are not going anywhere most likely. NW had a down year, but they return more than possibly anyone in the country. And Nebraska's recruiting has been the best in the west for the entire last decade, so maybe Frost just finally figures it out?

Illinois was able to get into a bowl game last year, after beating Wisconsin. And Purdue brought in Brohm, we'll see how quickly he might get them going?

And like I said, UMn plays MSU 5 of the next 6 years. If their new coach is a miracle worker, UMn could be playing 2 ranked teams a year from the East?
