so I assume we are done
I would like to think they are continuing to shop Choo and Minor, but something tells me not expect anything to happen on those two fronts.so I assume we are done

That doesn't seem like much of a consolation. I would think a team could get Minor and one of those other much more expensive players if they wanted Minor. There is some thought that teams are waiting on Harper and Machado to sign and Minir could be the consolation prize.
Me-It could happen if Phillies miss out but surely would not bet even money on it
Having a much cooler park to play in was supposed to help us sign free agent pitchers. Will the turf hinder us in signing position players, especially outfielders? Will there be enough concerns about their health to make them not want to play on turf?
I don't think there will be a problem in regards to position players. And there are so many more position players to be had between the minors, those on the roster and those who could be picked up thru trades or signing. A quality pitcher is much tougher to be had.Having a much cooler park to play in was supposed to help us sign free agent pitchers. They've always had trouble getting a quality pitcher to come here.I don't think there will be a problem in regards to position players.
