Honest question - will they win (or even make) a CCG under Harbaugh? The team that has yet to make to make it to a CCG. Lol

That’s nearly half the conference.Only 6 teams have ever made a Big Ten Championship game so far.
That’s nearly half the conference.
But I find it very interesting that every BigTen championship game has had either Michigan State or Wisconsin but only the first one had both.
No asterisk. Not your fault Ohio State lied and cheated or Penn State covered up sexual assaults.Wisconsin has been to 5 of 7 of them(although one has an asterisk attached). They lead in appearances, losses and are tied for the lead in wins.

If he doesn't do it this year, I wouldn't be shocked if he doesn't make it to 2021 at this pace. You're right, he could definitely be looking at some major departures from an elite defense. He's recruited so well and been there long enough that I don't know if a "rebuilding" year is going to be acceptable going forward.Roster wise this is probably their best year, but they have to play at Ohio State and Michigan State, and get Wisconsin and PSU as well. I say that because I could see them losing 9 guys on defense to graduation/draft with Gary, Bush, Hudson, Long and Hill leaving early after this season. Harbaugh is in a tough spot because something like a 9-3 year would be good, but still would only be good for 3rd or 4th in the division. And next year would be a somewhat rebuilding year. If they don't do it this season, I think realistically their next best chance would be 2021. It's going to be difficult in any even year for them to win(2018, 2020 etc) the division due to home/away schedule.

Yeah outside of Karan Higdon, the 2015 class isn't great. I think the 2017 class, IMO, has more promise than 2016. They had a ton of 5*/high-4* guys and at several different positions, so if it does turn out that they need a rebuilding year in 2019, I think that's a really, really bad look for Harbaugh. The 2016 class is the class that has turned out some really good players as previously mentioned. The 2017 class is yet TBD. If the guys from that class develop the rebuild might not be as drastic. It's tough because they aren't getting much production from the 2015 class(4/5 projected starters) or the 2014 class from last year.
If they go 12-1 with a win over Auburn they probably are in the final four. The committee will never leave out a P5 program that is undefeated. If Washington can go down to Atlanta and beat Auburn and then win out, they will be in the final 4. Might be too much to ask for.
Could be, but if that one loss is against USC in the PAC 12 CG, then they just might keep a PAC team out oqf the final four.If they go 12-1 with a win over Auburn they probably are in the final four. The committee will never leave out a P5 program that is undefeated.
USC would have to be a two loss team then and looking at the schedule they would have to lose to Notre Dame, Texas, and/or Stanford. Texas is not a good team yet so that would be an embarrassing loss. Yes there are those inexplicable losses out there but there is no reason USC should take a loss against any other team. The talent discrepancy in that conference between USC and everyone else is massive.Could be, but if that one loss is against USC in the PAC 12 CG, then they just might keep a PAC team out oqf the final four.
Yep, Alabama would have been more deserving if they had lost to Vanderbilt instead of Auburn.
Fucking tard.
