Sounds like he's going to the Bulls, at least the Kings showing interest means the FO isn't fully asleep during the rest of free agency.
Isn't he from Chicago?

No surprise he'd pick them.

Let's just hope Portis doesn't break his face because he doesn't want the competition....lol

It is basically a 1 yr prove it deal for Jabari.

Have a good year and they bring him back. Have a mediocre year and they decline the team option for year 2.

Can't go wrong

I hope the Bulls are just good enough to have a better record than the Cavs (if the Cavs do indeed tank which i hope they do- and when i say "tank"- not as bad as last time- just play the kids and let it naturally happen)....with LaVine and Parker, Markenen, Portis, etc.. they should not be just terrible....

Pistons too- with Griffin and some of the pieces they have- they should not be terrible and be right on the outside looking in for a playoff spot i would imagine.

probably same with Charlotte too.

The fucking Knicks are tanking BIG TIME...as are the Hawks probably......Orlando will try not to tank but itll get to that point later in the year.

In the West, who is tanking? I dont know if i see one team that wont be trying next year.

They weren't meant to be. Apologies if it came out that way.
I like this version of you.

We can all disagree....

Sometimes VIGOROUSLY....

But, then move on the next day.

Well, except @WiggyRuss and Chief.

This LeBron thing is gonna take them a little longer....

Wiggy will move on when James retires in 5 or 6 years.

And @ChiefsLakers67 should be over it about Neveraury the 32nd.

To be completely fair, Wiggy has criticized Lebron some for his passive/aggressive ways and holding the Cavs hostage every season.

But he has also excused putting up with it as "what you have to do" for obvious reasons.
Which is why I Lmao that he keeps harping on the KCP signing.

It got LeBron to commit long-term.

When is the last time he signed a deal for 4 years?

I think Chicago is gonna end up moving Lopez.

Might as well give Cater Jr. big minutes.

Lopez can still help a team.

Wouldn't it have been amazing if the Bro-pez twins could have been morphed into one player?

One is all O, no defense.

The other is known for his D, gives a little bit of O.

That egg truly split right down the middle.

Ever since the reports a while back that they stopped being interested I knew he wouldn't sign with the Kings, Chicago makes more sense. But that's another FA gone and Vlade is still sitting on his hands.

I'm sure you prefer this Summer over last though, right?

You want them to sign the right guys, not just guys with familiar names.

I think you need to see what you really have in Skal, Harry, Bagley, and Willy.

Give em minutes and the guys who don't move the needle?

Ship em out for a vet or picks.

Ditto for the backcourt.

That's true, but the question is will coach give his guy Zbo 25-30 minutes he doesn't need? A rotation of Harry/Skal/Bagley/Willie with some Kosta and maybe a little Zbo thrown in sounds good, develop the young guys and let them play. And for the guards and wing it's Temple and Shump who shouldn't take up too many minutes.

well, I I've mentioned I play NBA 2K. I get SOME measure of satisfaction when the next version comes out in September...

as my sig line says, my first official act will be to cut his rusty ass off my Lakers squad and fumigating his old locker space...
