I lost 2 games this week because of Zuerlein.

1 where I owned him and lost by 7. Something, and another where I was playing Gurley. The extra 10+ points he got from 2 point conversions and a TD after the Rams went for it on 4th because they didn't want to kick were enough to do me in.

In a 10 or 12 team league, I'd tend to agree with that. The size of my league means I'm in more danger of winding up with a kicker with a low week to week floor.

You really think I'd go a few weeks without rostering an active kicker? I mean, I could have probably gotten away with it since I am 2-0 and have Mark Ingram. Alas, I picked up his replacement for free. And since I don't like to cycle through more than 2 or 3 kickers in a season, I will try to pick up a kicker who already had a bye week by the time Z gets back. Zuerlein might well be a league winner though. Don't be surprised if he is in the top 3 of most common denominators of championship teams.

just cut Dissly loose in a dynasty league in order to retain Legatron - dynasty and large league sizes 100% change the strategy (20 teams, right? that's a big fucking league - but would've been great info in original post)

We can forget that at times on the message board, keep reminding everyone when you post for that league, it will help the advice/suggestions (no promises tho!!)

can't fault you when the Greg the Leg literally outscores most other kickers by 6-7 pts weekly (when healthy) AND he was way more consistent as well

I hear ya. I do try to mention league settings when relevant if I am ever to ask for serious advice. I was taking stock of a couple unusual situations and putting them out there for feedback moreso.
