I was never a big zherdev fan, but he was one of the better players down the stretch, he should be rewarded by playing. Lavy wants more grit by playing carcillo, and I think he played well yesterday, so who do you sit...nodl/versteeg (who I think has completely sucked).

Do you think if carter tried to dump the puck in the corner he may actually hit the net instead?????

Apparently Nodl went down with an upper body injury so that opens up the spot for Z with G and Carts. I move JVR with Richie and Steeg keeping Carcillo on the 4th line.

Z will help the PP he possibly can't do any worse so its killing two birds this way. I hope this is what happens and they'll blow the door off of the sabres on Mon night.

No worries sitting him game one.......that game was to bang them up a bit so we get some momentum going.......Lavi was looking at the big picture.....not just winning game one!
