Shelley is overpaid, but he is also a legit heavyweight. The issue is, he can't play. Sestito is a banger who can actually play hockey and can fight...he is not a legit heavyweight. He would be a big improvement quality of play over Carcillo if he were to make the team.

Not trying to :ss: BUT....just because a guy can take getting punched repeatedly in the face by a player over 6' 3" doesn't make him a legit heavyweight.

Great locker room guy and a player that always sticks up for his teammates, but there is no place on the Flyers for a guy who gets paid too much to be embarrassed at his job.
