Ah, bloody mary, nice. I'm adding that to my menu. I usually wait until after breakfast, but a denver omelet and a bloody mary sound good right now.

My favorite is pretty much what ET and B-Bear said: cheese grits with eggs and bacon, all mixed together, and with maybe a biscuit or three on the side. Plus lotsa coffee.

Think this mornings breakfast will be a "kitchen sink scramble"...meat that I not sure how long has been in that container refrigerated, finely chopped week old veggies, frozen cheese in a rainbow of colors and some old spices all tossed together in a red hot iron skillet.

If I'm cooking I make 2 pieces of toast and fry one egg and 3 egg whites. Cut the egg and spread the runny yoke over the 2 pieces of toast, then divide the half egg and the egg whites evenly as an open faced fried egg sandwich. Or really just an egg on toast.

If I go out for breakfast, brunch, or just a place that serves breakfast all day, I guess my absolute go to is probably Eggs Benedict with a side of country potatoes. Although I really like hash browns too, and good (southern) sausage gravy and biscuits is hard to beat.

BET - Bacon, eggs, and toast or plain old-fashioned oats oatmeal with some brown sugar, cinnamon, and craisins.

I love me some good Menudo. But a three egg omelet with link sausage, green chili's, and Jalepenos covered in green sauce is hard to beat.

Home: Egg whites & deer sausage. Separate, scrambled together, or omelet using both... Doesn't matter, it's always amazing. Salt & pepper to taste. I take my venison to the butcher to get it all made into german & polish sausages, which gives about 20-30% pork fat gain and loads of spices. I keep the chest freezer stocked from my annual hunting trips. Egg whites come in the carton from the store. Amazingly quick & easy breakfast, and packed with protein & <1 carb per meal. Healthy!

Restaurant: Omelets. Any kind really. If I can find something with chorizo & swiss that's my go-to. Ham & cheddar with onions is always good. Bacon/sausage & spinach if I'm tryin to eat healthier. Skillet breakfasts are always good too. But higher carb loads so I usually steer clear.

Ham and cheese omelet.

I also love fried egg sandwiches. I cook the eggs over easy, and then I take a piece of bread and fill it up with egg and fold it over as best as possible.

Then after I finish all my egg, I use my last piece of bread to soak up all the yolk.

I'll be glad when the price of eggs goes back down. Getting pretty close now.

It has been going down here. I bought a 36 count carton the other day here for under $3. A few months ago the same carton was about $5 or $6.

Soaking up the yolk with toast is a must!

I'm fortunate on the egg deal. My Aunt and my brother raise chickens, so I get free eggs except for a few times a year when the chickens are molting and don't lay.
