Scrambled eggs and rice if I have time to cook. Microwave oatmeal or malt-o-meal with some butter if not.

Depends on the weather. When it's cold, like it has been recently, I put some water on to boil, chop up an apple that I then put into the boiling water, and add oats for a minute. Add brown sugar, cinnamon, and milk. My boy and I are happy campers.

In the summer I just go with cheerios or corn flakes and some fruit (e.g., banana, strawberry, or cantaloupe).

If I'm in a hurry I cook scrambled eggs in the microwave = mix eggs/milk/butter in a large coffee cup and nuke it for about 3-minutes till it rises up,........dropped eggs are my fav. = large coffee cup three quarters filled with water, lil'salt, crack 3-eggs/drop in mug/cover with a small plate and nuke for about 2 and half minutes,.....add black pepper,......mmmm.

If I have time on a weekend I will slice up a few potatoes and then fry them till golden brown in the skillet. Once golden brown I cut in some diced up onions and peppers and finally will add in a bunch of eggs depending on how many people are there to feed.

Grits, fried eggs, bacon, and jelly toast.

I have fried eggs with cheese, biscuits and bacon damn near every Sunday, can't get up early enough to do that throughout the week though. Mighty fine vittles.
