Gonna make a nice batch of sausage and peppers with plenty of onions and garlic. Once it's done I'm going to melt some fresh mozzarella onto fresh Italian bread (Local deli down the block from the train station has both) and make heros.

As an Italian I'd give up oxygen before I'd give up bread. I use hot Italian sausage but not too hot. Add a little cracked red pepper to the mix with oregano.
