He waved at the fans or a fan, not the same as waving at a player.

I never noticed that. I think at that point I was wondering WTF was Aj Green doing on that play. It looked like he was either blocking or quit on the play because he expected a flag. Now if one of our DBs did that it would have been pass interference.

it was looked at and it was determined no penalty was warranted.
