Much the same as it would be for people to wait until after a pass play is called and ends up in a sack or incompletion and then complain it wasn't a run, but if is completed for 20+ yards no complaint is lodged?

i'm pretty sure there is plenty of in-progress complaining to run the ball more. the second they did, they went right down the field. they screwed it up by trying a trick play and then 3 non running plays. i'm pretty sure most people, if they knew an idiotic trick play was coming, would say DON'T FUCKING DO IT.
