Yeah, that's basically what I'm saying. I know there are some QBs that play on teams with great O-lines who are called "game managers", but those guys have to occasionally run for a first down. I can't think of any QB in the league right now that is worse than Bradford at avoiding the rush or scrambling to make a play. So yeah, they have other holes, but I don't see him being the guy to take them deep into the playoffs no matter what else they do.Exactly! down by 2-3 touchdowns in the 4th quarter and he's throwing passes for less than 10 yards. In yesterday's game, how many times did he try to stretch the field? Can he even throw the ball for 20+ yards?
I know it has to do with the play calling and having to have open receivers down field and most important, an offensive line to give him time. But still, you would think he would've aired it out at least a couple of times. My opinion of Bradford? He is in the bottom third of all QB's in the league.
