Tell you what, throw him into a old Seahawks uniform put a number 10 on the back and some old 70's early 80's hip guards and you got Jim Zorn 2.0 HAHA both lanky guys with long legs.

Still lets not cloud this with purple reign covered classes. He isn't a 1st round pick QB just from his history of not being on the field.

Best thing that could have happened for this 49er team. It sucks to say that as i feel bad for Trey but Jimmy G is a better QB than he is and it really is not close. Issue is how long will Jimmy G last before he is hurt?

Also Lance is out for the season do they try and do the SAME THING next year?? They can't can they? Did they see anything that made them believe Lance can be a successful STARTING QB in the NFL? An athletic QB sure no doubt but successful? nah i am not sure about that.

I would take him over Geno but thats not saying much haha as i would take a LOT if not every single starter in the NFL over Geno.

Well one positive! entering Week 3 and the Hawks are STILL IN FIRST PLACE! WOOT WOOT! who saw that coming? lmao

to be honest I figured 0-2 and in last place going into week 3 to pick up our first win at home vs Altlanta. If the Hawks can find a way to beat Atlanta they could be entering week 4 still in first place! WOW

I agree, there is no way they saw enough of Lance to feel, this is "the guy" moving forward. And no matter if the ners wanted to go back to this setup next year, is Jimmy G going to let that happen. He wants to start and if he plays well, no way hes going to want to be a backup. Plus I think he reduced his money for this year so he could be free next year. Will be 100% interesting to see how that is going to work out.


Standford and the Rams only have what this year maybe another before hes done? He's been in the league what 14 years or something, and Cardnarls are stuck with no watch game film Murray.. Next few years massive QB changings coming to the NFC West. Should be fun to see how it all shakes out.
