Culture is important.
Sorry ya'll can't see that
I love the culture, and the team does as well. In 2 years he has not cleaned up basic coaching errors and has consistently put the team in position to fail. If his catching ever becomes half as good as his culture building and motivation skills he will easily be the best coach the Lions have had in my lifetime.

If he had shown any improvement over the last few years in his very basic coaching errors I would be far less concerned.

He needs solid coordinators like Jimmy had here back in the day

Ben Johnson is very good as the O coordinator. I am not sure on Aaron Glenn as the lions don't have the players to prove anything good or bad.

Campbell has shown a willingness to accept responsibility for his mental mistakes, he just has not shown the ability to improve on them. I hope he does figure it out, because what he does well is far rarer than what he does poorly.

When he made this play, I commented to the wife “That was a great play by Micah”. Little did I know how important a play it would turn out to be.

And he did the same thing earlier in the game and caught the guy before he got to the first down marker

Sam Williams played 14 snaps on defense. He had 2 sacks, a forced fumble, a recovered fumble (a lot of this was on the same play of course) and 2 TFLs (3 tackles overall) and one body slam. Wow.

I liked the body slam. I like the physicality he has shown so far. Williams don't seem to care how he hits people.
