Well skinsdad remember Gruden said Reed is a critical part of our offense. Essentially Gruden offense runs through Reed. However this approach is difficult when that player is on the side lines alot. I've read that Reed is during alot of individual work and drills. He's not a good blocking TE either but never the less he certainly has alot of upside. I think Doctson falls in the same category as Reed. You have to keep hoping for the best but theses two down falls always remain in the back of your head.
