The few practices that I have attended so far, Coker did not impress me at all. Cornwell is amazing when he's hot, when he's not he's average. Barnett has been the most consistent. Morris looks more comfortable in charge.

Regarding Bo, he will never be anything significant at Bama, he is a selfish thug and his attitude will keep in the doghouse. He's injury prone and isn't capable of being a workhorse.

Ragland has been a beast, Fosters tackling form is better but he still ducks his head.

My biggest concern team wise is at running backs. If Henry gets hurt we are screwed!

He should be pretty good in coverage since he won't be required to man up all that much and will have a jump on things.

I just hope he can make the open field tackles that will be required of him.

Would have redshirted anyway right? I can never keep up with all the players, I don't know how some people do it.

Doesn't sound like the kind of injury you'd want to have for playing sports though. Back stuff is no joke.

I really don't have a preference to be honest. Which ever gives us the best chance to win.

I'm not one who believes it matters if a QB is in their 1st year as a starter because like 7 out of the last 10 national championships were won under a 1st year starter.

But I will say I am less enthused about Cornwell starting than the others. Because he has so many years of eligibility left and I think Barnett will be better next year for sure over Cornwell. Where as once Cornwell starts this year, it's unlikely Barnett will be able to take the job away from him next year if he has success.

And then he will likely transfer, which might not be that great for us.

I'd rather see Barnett. With Coker we are starting a new qb again next year.

I'm leaning more and more towards Barnett. I haven't been that enthused about Coker lately.

I think it's going to be Coker the more I think about it.

Then next year it will be a Barnett vs Cornwell battle, and we have 1 of them as a backup for at least 1 year.

I guess I want the best to play but I don't particularly want another one and done. I'd rather struggle a little this season and get someone ready for the next couple/3 years. I mean hell, Saban/Kiffin & Co. made it to the playoffs with a 3rd sting RB at QB last season, just imagine what they'll do with a real QB.

Broken bone is what I've heard. Sounds like a broken toe. He will be fine. Time for one of the other 4 to step up and take the lead
