I was cookin' some burgers on the stove (I'm out of propane for the grill and too lazy to get more atm). I was gonna throw some beer in the pan to keep 'em juicy. I saw the pickle jar in the fridge and threw on some pickle juice instead. End result.......WIN!

Anyone else tried it?

I like to dice up my pickle, onion, and bacon and mix them into the patty when I make them.

Interesting. I've done the onion thing, also jalepenos. Bacon sounds good.

Tried a pat of butter in the middle once, decided it was too greasy.

I hate pickles. Which is weird, because I love cucumbers, vinegar, and salt.

I might try it to add some zing but sorry to tell ya boiling them whether it's beer or pickle jucie won't keep them juicy.

Got get them off the fire (heat) when the juices run clear. Nuthin out there will put the juice back in.

Not after they're dry, but adding it while cooking. TBH, I've never actually made a dry burger, with or without the trick so I can't scientifically say it works; but the food does take on the flavor of what you add.

I just wanna say I would out-cook every single hooplan. I'm probably better than %99.9 of the population when it comes to preparing food.

That's all.
