I’m sorry but what did he say that was wrong? I say the same thing about Dantonio all the time and if my head coach is so thin skinned as to taking offense to his AD saying that he wishes they would finish higher in recruiting rankings, when they aren’t recruiting very well, I wouldn’t want him as my head coach.
Again, if my head coach is such a weak dick that he can’t take any criticism at all, then get the fuck out.Are you the AD?
Then it doesn't matter what you say. He on the other had represents the school.
Again, if my head coach is such a weak dick that he can’t take any criticism at all, then get the fuck out.
He didn’t even say that he was bad at it, just that he wishes they could finish higher in the rankings. Everyone has to walk around on eggshells because we can’t hurt anyone’s feelings but yet we would be lighting this guy up if he was “I love Mike Gundy, he is the greatest coach on the planet. Nothing he does is wrong.” What do you pansy ass, Zima drinkers want?
They weren’t fat, just fluffy.First- he isn't my coach.
Second- I didn't say what he said was wrong. I just said he shouldn't be saying it to the media. Don't air out your dirty laundry.
Third- I haven't drank Zima since that time we hooked up with those fat chicks. So stop bringing it up.
Damn, “Zima drinkers”. Dem fighting words.Again, if my head coach is such a weak dick that he can’t take any criticism at all, then get the fuck out.

Okie St. has first rate facilities thanks to rich oil dude that gives them all that money. That has to be one of the harder P5 schools to recruit at
But poor location and 2nd fiddle in their own stateOkie St. has first rate facilities thanks to rich oil dude that gives them all that money.
Tour the Oklahoma State University Football FacilitiesIf he wants better recruiting find a guy that will bring in the talent. As someone stated, competing with Texas, Texas A&M, and Oklahoma in a sparse football talent state bring in a guy young guy with enthusiasm and put your job on the line of the on the field product slips. If you aren’t willing to make that move then you make sure you are pulling your weight with facilities. I have no idea on facilities but the AD has a significant impact on the product too. Ask Florida State why Jimbo left.
So tHeir facilities are nice. Next step is what are they paying their coaches comparatively to teams in the area? I don’t buy into the ‘shucks it’s on the coach’ garbage. An AD that wants a dominant football program can find a way to make moves. I am on a phone with garbage internet so I don’t have a hold of the numbers but I’m willing to bet they pay a lot less than Texas, A&M, and Oklahoma.

Otherwise shut up and put all your money into baseball because that is where you get the most bang for your buck. Baseball has had Coastal Carolina win a title recently, a tiny school who puts a ton of funds into a mostly underfunded sport. A sport that most schools lose money on.
If you aren’t willing to pony up the funds necessary for a staff then you are taking the Moneyball approach. Sure the A’s made a run but in the end, Coastal Carolina can win it all in baseball but they sure as hell aren’t winning an FBS title in football.
