Yeah I ignored house of cards for a while, then got hooked. Powered through the entire 2nd season in two days

After that I tried Orange is the New Black and hated it. Gave it 4 episodes I think, just couldn't get into it.

Bunch of stuff that I'm actually interested in watching again added today:

My g/f watched the lost girl seasons. The plots weren't very interesting to me but there are some hawt women in that show. The lead girl is soooo fine

My wife likes shows like that, so I'll tell her. She is a fan of Buffy/Angel, and just watched all the Supernatural seasons on Netflix. That sounds like it might be up her alley.

Hackingnetflicks appears to have gone silent. Anyone know what happened and/or have another site that does what they did?

i still use netflix, but i've used amazon instant video a lot more in the past year or so.

they just added most shows and miniseries ever produced by HBO, btw.

Amazon Prime just added Band of Brothers and The Pacific. Both are great mini-series'.

BoB was amazing. I have seen it numerous times. Never saw Pacific, though.

The Pacific is very different, but I really enjoyed it.

The Pacific front was just a lot more horrific than in Europe. It was all terrible, of course, but there just aren't as many primary sources (diaries, interviews, letters, etc) from the Pacific front. There were a lot more deaths and casualties, and those who did survive were much more reluctant to talk about it than those in Europe.

Watching Romancing the Stone right now. I wish they'd add Tightrope with Clint Eastwood. All my dad's favorite movies became mine as well.

BoB was amazing. I have seen it numerous times. Never saw Pacific, though.

Check it out. I'd say BoB is the better of the two by the small margin. The Pacific a really good drama series with a lot of action in it.
