Oh I am, Evans is overated

25yr old 6'5" WR, started career with 4 straight 1000yd seasons and 2 seasons with double digit TDs, current ADP in the 20-22 range, consensus top 5 WR for dynasty......i think he's rated like marry poppins.

meh I dunno, some serious chinks in the armor exposed last year IMHO..including serious issues with QB
The way I see it, I just sold a stock at its highest value, even if it remains consistent for a few years, it ain't gonna increase much if at all, can only decrease.

Well, when you send big name guys in a trade for picks, it's just like it is in any fantasy draft, you can win the trade only if you pick the right guy and sometimes that is just not very easy especially with rookie running backs. In 3 years you could have one of the greatest rosters of running backs in the league, or you could look back and go why the hell did I trade an all-pro receiver that had 1500 yards and 11 touchdowns (3 years from now) for a running back that hasn't lived up to his potential. Either thing could certainly happen.

don't take my comments the wrong way, totally applaud both the confidence in yourself and what I perceive to be a good chunk of risk assumed onto your team versus what you had in Evans.

I'm not confident enough in my own valuations to tell you it was the wrong move. Time will tell, and either way, your taking a swing, and 100% of the time you hit HRs, you have to start with a swing.

For sure, hindsight is always 20/20. Last year, dealing Evans for a top 5 pick may have raised certain eyebrows, but would've probably been mostly understood. But picking Mixon or Foreman with that pick would likely be looked at as a major mistake today. Conversely, trading him for a late first or even an mid-early second would've had people bitching about throwing the league, but had that pick been Hunt or Kamara, who'd be laughing now?

No worries, I don't, I enjoy the banter. Gives me something to do on my breaks :)

You're so full of shit. You're just trying to mess with Harold's head so he rethinks which order to try and get his guys. LOL.

Somewhat, perhaps, perhaps its to screw with yours?

..although with $ on the line I really am giving everyone a second look, and a couple have been somewhat more impressive than I originally thought.

Well I guess we'll find out in a week - if it's a smoke screen. …. likely won't affect what I do anyway - even with your 1.9 …
