For some reason, the sound on the video would not play .. Regardless, from my understanding, the rule has not been changed - just some added wording ..

Just as long as it never gets to the point where fans and viewers can vote on the outcome

( although there was no sound, that woman driving the Nissan in the ad preceding was certainly easy on the eyes )

I took it as simply clarification .. in an attempt to limit the Keystone Cops syndrome among officials

For example, if the future Mrs Lucas gives me a shopping list that includes "apples"

The old rule simply said "apples"

The new rule says:

"apples - red, spherical with small stem on top, firm to the touch"
