I like Curt Phillips but Stave gives the offense more options. I don't know, maybe Phillips handles the run game better, but I don't think so. Stave does a nice job, and he has a good poker face. Ah well. Moving on I guess.

Let's hope for a great game today..
I hope it does come down to a field goal again, at least that'll mean it will be close.

Defense looked great.
Wish the O would've played a bit better.

Yep, Packers O looked pretty disinterested after they scored that TD in 3rd quarter

Still a good win. Gonna be a tough one next week

Nice quick drive @ end of 2nd, plus a nice drive to start the third.

Would've liked to see another scoring drive & have McC let AR ride the bench for the last 10 minutes. I really wanted Harell in there [help AR stay healthy].

Congrats Pack fans...
Wish I could say it was a good game on the Vikes behalf.

Thanks, JR.

Webb was thrown to the wolves with no playing time all year?
I think he did better than most. It wasn't enough, but he didn't give up.

GB's defense figured out what it had to do.
It wasn't quite the same as holding Barry Sanders to -1 yd, but it was enough.

The defensive line was like a completely different depth chart tonight. CBs finding the point of attack and not backing down. Crazy. Hell even AJ Hawk was able to slip into some gaps through blocks to keep AP from gashing him. He hasn't looked the same this year, but it was nice to see him tonight. Not that he's Brian Urlacher or anything. Just saying.

I can't get over Woodson. I don't know the guy, but it's hard not to like him like you know him. How does someone break a collar bone, miss nine games, and then play like that in his first game back? At his age? I hate to talk about his age but... That 1 on 1 take down he had on AP was unreal, and then he just hops up and trots off with a spring in his step.

I've said this before - when they were the only team to go after Wood, & he was acting like GB was Siberia, I thought they were just getting an attitude problem [all talk & no action]. On top of that, many Heisman winners just aren't that good in the NFL.
I was not hopeful.
About mid-way through the season, I started to notice that 21 was going at it 110%. Then as time went on, you could see he was a positive presence in the locker room as well.
As it's turned out, he has become my favorite DB on the team [of those I've watched] ever.
What a nice surprise.
