I see many folks calling for an undefeated season and possible NATTY appearance from Stanford. This is not a program or a 2013 team that is capable of doing sech. Allow me to point out some facts regarding Stanford.

Mark my werds... These are facts I present and they are very likely to repeat themselves in 8-10 nailbiter games. A team that lives on the edge.... Well it is very very difficult to not drop a couple of games... Which they do every season except for 2011, when their lone loss was to Oregon by 23 points. And in that same year they only beat Cal by 3. Just saying, they play waaaay to many close games for anyone to discuss them as a NATTY contender.

I have nothing but respect for that program and the University.

They have to be one of the most respected programs in the country. Doing what they are with those academic standards seems impossible. And they have made it a reality.

They know how to win. Just find themselves into many games in the 4th quarter to be considered a NATTY contender.
