Got an early Father's Day gift for Game 4. Somehow my son got 2 tickets lower level for just $300 for the pair. Lifetime dream to see a Stanley Cup game in the Bay Area.

150 a ticket?? Holy shit that's awesome.

Hopefully the boys finally win a close one and game 4 is a big one for ya!!

Yup. He got an offer he couldn't refuse. Wonder if he has a Godfather somewhere.

Burns is channeling his inner Ryan suter. Every fucking shot is directly into their knee pads.

Come on dude.

Ice condition is terrible for this game. The concert went to 1AM last night and they didn't have time to get it ready. Puck is bouncing all over the place. It's more like a pinball game than hockey game.

That might actually be to the Sharks advantage.

Well it's not like it hasn't been a trend in his playoff career. That being said if he had a few more inches and 20 more pounds we probably aren't having this convo. He's been getting outmuscled and well let's not talk about how slow he looks

Up until late this game the Sharks have been slow or unable to break out of their own zone and then immediately turning it over in either the neutral zone or the O-zone. Pav gets really transparent with that style of play... he just doesn't have the wheels to be going back and forth like that.

When the Sharks can actually get some continued pressure in the o-zone and cycle the puck and maintain possession.. this is where he shines. He always finds some open space and gets lined up - but this never happens when you are constantly wiping up your turnovers.

Better game tonight for sure (clearly better result). I still think they made too many mistakes in their own zone (who the F is this Pollack guy? He has about 18 bonehead plays in the series by my count... do we have some schlep in the minors we could replace him with? good god.) but were better - or luckier - with cleaning those up. That double minor almost looked like a huge flop until the last minute... but they need to start getting that PP sorted out. To much standing around and passing... guys need to start moving their feet.

Glad for the win and super glad FlyingV got to go TO the game and enjoy a victory... thats gotta be awesome.

Game 4's are always critical and this one is huge. Lets hope they can tie the series up and make it a best of 3.

Not just Pollack, but Martin has made some bad decisions, and Burns too back there. And of course there is Dillon too. Still don't like the shot differential 42 to 26.

I am actually going to Game 4. That is my Father's Day gift.

The good news is that the Pens blocked 38 shots and got out hit 47-17. If we keep finding ways to win, that could absolutely start to wear them down if they continue that trend.

That's the key. Sharks need to keep hitting the Pens relentlessly just like Game 3. That will definitely slow them down to say the Blues pace. If that happens we have a great shot at taking this thing.

I think they may actually already be happening, look at the GWG if those guys were anywhere near fresh that goal doesn't happen. It'll be interesting to see how game 4 goes it may be an indicator of what's going to happen in game 5. Also how Matt Murray responds is something to keep tabs on
