Lasagna without Ricotta cheese? Are you kidding me?

I said the same thing. Havent put ricotta in it since I tried it this way (was my great-grandmothers recipe, found it in the bottom of an old steam chest that I got when she passed away some 20+ years ago)

[tech_iceman]

2 cups of flour
2 cups of sugar
2 tsp baking soda
splash of vanilla extract
handful of pecans
20oz can crushed pineapple (with juice)

mix all together, put in 9x13 pan, bake on 350 for 25-30 minutes


for the icing:
8oz cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
1 cup sugar
splash of vanilla extract

heat up just enough to soften, mix/whip... after it's mixed, stir in a handful of pecans

pull the pan out of the oven and top with icing

5 Avocados (regular sized and mashed)
Ample amount of diced up tomatoes
Exorbitant amount of diced up red onions (not white)
Cilantro to suit
2 pinches of organic diced garlic
Lime juice to your liking
1 orange habanero

It's so easy and the best of all time

Every once in a while a change up the avocados and use horse shit just to get a reaction

You can use half of one or a fresh jalepeno...that extra heat takes it over the top
