My two conspiracy theories

1. The Big 12 officiating crews no longer influence outcomes of games when Texas A&M and Missouri are playing.

2. Texas A&M and Missouri no longer have to deal with an idiotic, head up the ass of a bevo, douchebag in Dan Nero Beebe. When Dan Nero Beebe was trying to fiddle the Big 12 into oblivion in 2011, nine of the Big 12 members decided Dan Nero Beebe needed to be fired and issued their edict in late September 2011.

I will second the sentiments of the one poster so it has nothing to do with the SEC, If my team has lost its bowl game last year in an embarrassing fashion to team they are trying to use in this thread and then got embarrassed just this past weekend, i wouldnt be making ridiculous threads like this.

Clearly the Big 12 is so awesome that their throw away teams come to the SEC and crush all of our overhyped SEC teams. The SEC is clearly a garbage league and the Big 12 is a semi-pro league.

I would not say that either Missouri or Texas A&M is dominating the SEC.

The initial trolling premise is flawed based on that point.

Missouri was a steaming mess out of the gate.
Winning versus Georgia does not suddenly elevate them to elite SEC status.
Georgia is a bad team right now.
They have lost their swagger and their players thanks to some bad luck.
They should have lost to Tennessee.

Texas A&M has a slightly stronger argument.
But, they have went (1-3) versus good SEC teams in Florida, Alabama x2, LSU.
They avoided the other highly ranked SEC teams in Georgia and South Carolina.
I want to see the Aggies have more success versus USCe, UGA, UF, Ala, and LSU before I consider them an SEC elite team.

I am assuming that by making this statement you dont feel that A&M should be ranked 7th in the country or feel they should be ranked in the top 10 after losing by 7 points to the number 1 team in the country.

Where should they be ranked then?

They have the worst defense in the entire country arguably.

They keep winning by the sheer wizardry of Johnny Manziel pulling something out of his rear end.

They don't have a single signature win. (3-4) Arkansas??? maybe....

We want to give them extra weight given for playing Alabama close.
But, there is no weight given for playing Ole Miss and Arkansas close??

How can you justify them being #7?

Everyone, including you, knows that preseason rankings are based on a teams future possibility based on where they were last year. This is not an unknown fact, its also easy to see that if we give TAMU the eye test, they are not very good defensively, but they do find ways to win. WE can debate all day every day where a team should or shouldnt be ranked, but in the end it comes down to do you think that team is legitimately a top 10 team based on the eye test and i do feel they are a legit top 10. All a signature win could say is that they scheduled well, or that a team could be over-ranked(if we go on the premise that TAMU is over-ranked).

In the end we know this, they blew out OK to close last year, they have only lost to the number 1 team in the country, they do have a bad defense but so did OK St two years ago and they were ranked number 2 in November with a number 99 ranked defense and supposed signature wins(possibly over-ranked teams). If you feel they are over-ranked, then thats your opinion but to base and argument on a poll system you complain about being flawed is a bit hypocritical. i will go with the eye test instead and I dont think their are many teams in the NCAA FBS level that could beat A&M at this point.
