This game and recent games: I really hope Schotty has been holding some cards back for the postseason because this offense has looked absolutely pathetic recently. Where are the deep shots we've come to love? If teams are "taking those away" from us, where is the adjustment to intermediate/shallow routes that aren't simply busted plays? The defense is finally playing their asses off and now the offense is sputtering consistently. You have DK Metcalf. Russell needs to be pulling the trigger 2 or 3 times downfield to him whether he's open or not. He should either fight and come down with the ball or get a flag.

Going forward: I would have LOVED the 1 seed and liked the 2 seed, but getting the limping Rams with the 3 is the next best thing.

I'm a little surprised the Bears and Panthers couldn't even be competitive in their games. The way the Packers offense is playing is pretty scary. They're peaking at the right time.

For the Rams: They are beaten down. We need to protect the line, pound the ball early and often, and rush the passer. Pretty easy recipe for this game the way their team is hurting.

Let's hope the Bears can wake up and shock the world. In that case, should we win, we'd get a 2nd home game against the Bucs instead of going to New Orleans for Rd 2.

Man its a little frustrating to go 12-4 and not end up with some kind of bye even though as the 3 seed we would still be playing this weekend. Even though I am pretty comfortable with the match up playing Jared Goff coming off a finger surgery in his throwing hand with Cooper Kupp still in COVID protocols.

Well, it is fitting that the Seahawks open against the Rams. I don't like this ridiculous new playoff format as the winner of a division should get some sort of reward for that accomplishment. At any rate, it should be a good game as contests between you guys and us are always a battle. Russell disdains having to play against AD and the Rams are indeed beaten down but this Wolford kid is pretty frosty.

The key is going to be our O versus your D. Your better D may really be a problem for a Rams O that has not scored a TD on offense going on 8 quarters now. Yea, go figure as genius boy/dumbass McVay has nobody left to blame but his dumbass self.

Again, it should be fun to watch and best o luck for you guys. Unless we get a remedy for an offense that has gone home already and you guys get an early lead, I suspect you'll take the contest and move on.

I think at this point, i'd rather him sit this one out... Can't afford for him to figure things out during a postseason game... If he was a veteran returning to the postseason, i'd have a differing opinion but as a rookie? No... He should sit this out...
