It was sooooo bad. The show is about helping from national attacks and they are rescuing a kid on a beach

And EVERYTHING was simply wrong.

The phone reception was crystal clear, enough that they were able to maintain a constant Skype connection?

A weak fat guy was able to hold up a cave-in for 45 seconds?

They were able to transfuse flood from 45 feet away (the pressure required would have killed the kid).

And the CONSTANT use of factions of seconds when estimating times just got to be too much ("We will hit that intersection in 7.2 seconds").

And it cannot be mentioned enough... Happy's voice is just too super-creepy.

I only watch it because there's really nothing else on. And yes, the rock slide episode was a complete waste of time. Definitely wouldn't miss this show at all if it got cancelled.

It started OK. But it got increasingly worse, and the beach episode was one of the worst episodes of any show I have ever seen. It was that bad.

Is there such thing as an original idea anymore??? Scorpion is a fine show, entertaining enough, and sometimes exciting...

The show does a really good job at making our military look incompetent. The group went in with a team of Navy Seals. Problems:

1) The leader of the Navy Seals didnt like the leader of the nerd squad for ego reasons. This would never happen because the nerd leader is vital to a mission that might rescue another navy seal.

2) The guy with the 4th highest IQ ever recorded is put in a military warzone without knowing about it or information on how to survive.

3) The Navy Seals get spotted and ambushed by rebels.

4) Nerd guy has to point out that a Navy Seal might be endangering a hostage on a shot.

5) Nerd guy saves Navy Seal in combat after pulling a McGuyver.

The nightly news couldn't get on fast enough

I agree too many crime shows but to be fair this one is "based of a true story" so maybe it is 5% nonfictional. The problem I have with this show is it is supposed to be the best of the best and the smartest minds. Yet they work pretty low profile cases.

Don't even get me started on the fat guy and the Asian with a transy voice. And fuck Ralph.
