That would be one helluva circus... Just what Jerrah looks forManziel is a lock for Dallas imo

Knew there was a few teams that I was forgetting about... Was also thinkin SF
1. Cleveland
2. St. Louis
3. Philadelphia
4. Denver
5. Houston
6. San Francisco
Dallas seems invested into getting a backup asap & Romo is 36 in April. Not sure if they would pay as much as others for RG3, but they seem like a likely landing spot. New Orleans depends on the Brees situation. If they can reduce his cap hit then you can take them off the list. The age argument is still in play though.

KC & AZ would be good fits, but honestly the teams above would probably pay more for him.
This ain't happening either ...Manziel is a lock for Dallas imo
Good points!I guess it comes down to how much RG3 is determined to play, and play now...Cleveland is drafting one of these 3 QB's with the intention of using them as soon as possible......Would he settle for being Romo's backup for 2, maybe 3 years, assuming he doesnt hurt his vag again? Would he settle for being a backup to Bradford or Ossweiler? Would he want to have to compete with Kapernick for the starting gig?
or does he sign with the Texans or Rams, or even the Jets (them and Fitzpatrick are very far apart) with a pretty much guaranteed starting gig?
Guess it comes down to what means the most to him, but he will have a ton of suitors, which speaks to how bad the position is in the league right now
I think the popular consensus is the team is interested in signing Bruce Gradkowski up for another year or 2. But I certainly wouldn't eliminate PIT from the discussion. Their backup QB situation is wide open. Landry Jones is awful. The only thing I would question is their priorities right now. The cap situation is pretty tight. They have to hammer out deals for Willie Gay & possibly a few others, and extend players like DeCastro, Bell, & AB before their demand skyrockets. After all that dust settles then I'm sure they would consider RG3. But he's not likely to last very long on the shelf during FA, so I doubt PIT will be a likely landing spot. What about Pittsburgh? He'd be a better replacement than Vick or that other dude you have.
I may have to eat my words, but I doubt it ... Manziel will never play in the NFL again, he's done ... just mho ...I think Manziel is a "lock" for the 'Boys.
Jerrah is known for giving several chances to players. I have always thought that one day Manziel was made for Dallas.I may have to eat my words, but I doubt it ... Manziel will never play in the NFL again, he's done ... just mho ...
True ... there's no denying that, but in this case ... Johnny Football has gone too far over the edge and to be honest, he's just not that good ... never was ... mostly a media hype ...Jerrah is known for giving several chances to players. Fair enough. I still think Jerrah wants to make front page of the news. This would certainly do that.True ... there's no denying that, but in this case ... Johnny Football has gone too far over the edge and to be honest, he's just not that good ... never was ... mostly a media hype ...
I think Chase Daniel will be our backup to SB and we draft a QB mid-round. Just my gut. There are a lot of QB's hitting the open market... Osweiller, RG3, Fitzpatrick, Cassel, Yates, Schaub, Weeden, Moore, etc. Possibly Sanchez & Manziel. Most will get resigned, but still a lot to consider.
aight ... Jerrah loves the media hype and all, but he'd probably chase Peyton before going after JFFair enough. I still think Jerrah wants to make front page of the news. This would certainly do that.
