Davis has hit really well since coming over. The talent is there, maybe he just needed a change of scenery. Here's hoping he keeps it going.

I feel like Philips probably should have caught that ball. It looked to me like he completely misjudged it.

I was at the game last night but couldn't tell you anything that happened outside the HR's and the play at the plate. Too busy with the Pens game. Seems like it was a good one though. Ike Davis paying dividends.

What a silly spinning swing by Volquez. I'm somewhat impressed by his hustle down the line, though.

But we aren't hitting, and it could be for naught.

i thought with 2 singles and no outs and a lefty coming up an at 90 pitches he would bring watson in to get out of the jam.
too bad for volquez. he could be 3-0 wit ha bit of luck.
