So everyone does their own 22 player draft. 11 offense and 11 defense

After round 11 we will find out our partners.

Once we are done drafting partners will put together their best team.

Players first game had to have occurred between 1960 - 2000

All teams will be putting $1,000 Hoop Cash into the pot, winners take all.

No trading between partners once you find out who your partner is.

You must draft at least 4 offensive and 4 defensive players in your first 11 picks.

Now that we are teams and no matter what trades you make you must still finish with

I think we should get one or two WC picks off the unused units. Kinda a waste of time to pick complete units and not use any of them

I do agree but I am worried about super teams and too many similar players.

I don't think two offense and two defense will cause a super team, that's how we could go from 22 to 26 man rosters maybe.

So it's time to get started talking about this draft.

We will once again be partnered up, we will decide on how to choose partners together.

Once we have partners in place we will do two 11 player drafts. Teams will decide who drafts offense first and who drafts defense. In the second draft we will do reverse order of draft one and partners will draft whichever they didn't draft in the first draft.

Once the draft is finished teams will decide which offense and which defense to use. Each member of the team must be represented, meaning you cannot choose both the offense and defense from the same team member.

Why not have both partners pick 22 in one draft, picking as we normally do, and then having the partners decide which of their units are used afterwards. Even if we use the WC, that would still dilute the teams a little, as the best players would be divided by more teams early on. Right or wrong?
