Jvett, do you remember that Braves fan on the ESPN board that was complaining about the Phillie Phanatic being too violent? What would that clown think of the President's race ?

Yesterday Lincoln acted like a shark and knocked down all his opponents, today teddy Roosevelt either stabbed or hit his opponents with a blunt object, I couldn't tell which.

Obviously, that fan was me. lol. Yeah, those presidents have taken it to a whole new level. Trying to bring more fans in I guess. They should be banned from all future entertainment.

lol, I thought it was a Braves fan for some reason. While I still disagree that the mascot's antics are detrimental to children, the Phanatics antics of smashing a helmet seem tame compared to the President's thing they have going in DC.

It was the specific action of stomping on the helmet in front of the Braves' dugout that seemed over the top embarrassingly silly. I missed the "presidents" action but it sounded funny but not personal. Hmm. I guess bashing and stabbing are a bit personal though.

Yep jvett. Hamels was golden today and except for Asche, everyone else apparently took the day off. When this team loses, it loses ugly. When it decides to play baseball, they can be awesome like the first two games of this series.
