meh, i had this as a loss, thus no pre-posting from me or gloating pregame. this was gonna be a challenge. i think they could have won if not for edelmans fumble and 2 bonehead penalties. they were on a 20-7 run at one point i believe.
they fought. thats all i ask. and jackson didnt get 200 yards.

:D You never had any real confidence the Patriots D could stop the Ravens... Talk about shattering the "boogymen" (I guess THAT name is dead....)

What the hell are you blathering about? The Ravens spotted the Pats 13 points on two silly fumbles. If not for that, it would have been a massive blowout.

Some fanboys are just delusional. :L:der::tsk:

theyve been kicking tomato cans til now. 1st quarter, they got exposed badly. went on a run, were going for the lead then edelman fumbled and that TD changed everything.

game was closer than the score. linebackers cant cover outside of collins, and LT is a huge problem. thankfully wynn is back.

It was Baltimore all the way. The Pats got their asses kicked.

And the Patriots gifted the Ravens a few points of their own. The offsides penalty on a FIELD GOAL ATTEMPT was pretty stupid. Thats football. There was a period where the game could go either way but it sure seemed the Ravens were playing the better game.

it was a 17-13 game at one point. edelman had the ball, on a drive they were going to take the lead, after being down 17-0.

edelman doesnt fumble, baltimores most likely behind that that point, a 20-0 run. but he fumbled, and it got returned for a TD.

you watched right?

Be interesting to see how Lamar Jackson plays in the cold with bad field conditions in December/January... He's going to have to pass rather than run...

huh? teams generally have to rely MORE on running the ball when the weather turns bad

but their QB? Teams can rotate out RBs. They can’t rotate out the QB

i mean, i just don't see it being a problem for Lamar to run the ball...i figure if it were to be a problem, we'd see it by now. people (myself included) assumed he'd be a carbon copy of robert griffin, but that's proving to NOT be the case, i think he's a sturdier football player than what he's given credit for.

He does have a better OL and appears to be much smarter on when to and not to slide though. I think he's a little underrated but last night went a long way to change that

He’s a beast and he’s getting better. He missed some pretty easy throws last night that he’s not gonna miss much longer.

I’m just not sure his style of play is sustainable. There’s a reason RBs have a short shelf life in this league.

The Ravens took control right from the start and clearly were the better team. They gave the Patriots a TD on a careless fumble but otherwise dominated from start to finish.

I should know why you made this comment but I don't. Did he say something about Lamar?

The option play is risky in the NFL because of injury concerns.

I watched and thought the Ravens had control from start to finish.
